Gąski
23-30 May 2026

What to expect at the workshop:
The breathing workshop in Gąski has been run by Rani continuously since the 1980s and boasts a tradition stretching back over thirty years.
Everyone who wishes to explore their unconditional nature is invited to the workshop, anyone who is ready to embark on a journey of self-improvement, working on their emotions, and changing their existing attitudes towards life and interpersonal relationships.
Taking part in the sessions can also be a well-spent holiday, a time for rest and relaxation — a moment to pause, regenerate and restore balance. Through daily breathing exercises, rebirthing sessions and meditations, every participant has the chance to connect with themselves in a way that is difficult to achieve in the daily rush we call life.
For seven days, you can focus solely on yourself — on finding comfort in being with yourself and in your relationships with others. This is a time when you can achieve the peace you long for and slow down. If you manage to do this, you are already one step away from finding that place Rani Spets Edgren speaks of — a space of your own unconditioned nature.
The proposed approach to the breathing workshop in Gąski is not a form of therapeutic work in the sense of psychotherapy. Working with this method cannot replace therapy if you need it, but it can certainly reinforce and deepen it. This alternative way of looking after yourself, as opposed to psychotherapy, is a very helpful and interesting complement to it.
The sessions last seven days – from Saturday afternoon until the following Saturday morning. The workshop is usually held in May or during the first week of June each year. Sessions take place mainly outdoors, and in the event of adverse weather conditions, we use a hall
