Sofia Sjöblom

Sofia loves watching people grow and strengthen their connection with their inner wisdom. Breathwork, laughter yoga, The Work by Byron Katie and other methods that have helped Sofia on her journey towards personal freedom are her driving force in supporting others who also wish to reach their full potential.

Sofia is a teacher at the Inspiraktiva Breathwork school in Sweden and a guest teacher at the Prana Visions Breathwork School in Poland. She works with individuals and groups.

Curiosity is the trait that has helped Sofia discover many different, inspiring paths in life. She is a certified breathwork trainer, a laughter yoga instructor, a facilitator at the School of Work by Byron Katie, leads Free Dance classes, and is a trainer in Sexibility and sound healing.
