My name is Jowita. I’ve tried my hand at various things in life.

I am a qualified teacher and manager. I have always been fascinated by people, their potential and the optimal conditions for their development. For as long as I can remember, I have been searching for myself: I danced at Five Rhythms workshops, learnt non-violent communication according to Marshall Rosenberg, I took part in many family constellation sessions using Bert Hellinger’s method, I became friends with my body by learning MA-URI massage, I got to grips with my own power during Oneness workshops, and I took part in many other self-development workshops. All of these were wonderful journeys of self-discovery, under the guidance of brilliant trainers and teachers.

Since 2002, I have been a fan, and later an advocate, of the rebirthing method. I completed the first Polish edition of the two-year Swedish Prana Visions Breathwork Trainer School. Another method I use to support my clients is Systemic Constellations (Family Constellations). In my practice, during workshops and in individual sessions, I combine various techniques and methods… exceptional times call for exceptional solutions…

In 2007, I founded the company “PRZYSTAŃ w drodze do…”.

In my private life, I am a happy wife and mum. I live near Wrocław. I’m a fan of Pilates, 5 Rhythms dance and the art of arranging spaces – Feng Shui. I enjoy a good night’s sleep, a tasty meal and a good laugh. What I am currently doing in life is my way of living, of living joyfully…
