We invite you to the Open Day of the Prana Visions Breathwork School — a meeting for people who want to:
— get to know conscious breathwork better,
— experience a breathwork session,
— feel a deeper connection with your body and yourself,
— learn how breath can support everyday life.
This will be a space for experience, not just theory.
During the meeting:
— we will explain what conscious breathwork is,
— we will show how breath affects the body, emotions and nervous system,
— we will lead common breathing exercises,
— we will experience a breathwork session,
— we will share about the Prana Visions School and the possibilities for further practice.
The meeting will be led by breathwork trainers — graduates of the Prana Visions School who work with breath every day and support others in returning to greater presence, peace and contact with themselves.
It is also an opportunity to:
— ask questions,
— feel the atmosphere of the school,
— meet people who practice conscious breathwork,
— check whether this path resonates with you too.
You don’t need experience. Curiosity and openness are enough.
