Ananda Mandala is an intensive breathing meditation. We come together to pause for a moment from the daily rush, release emotional and physical tension, and ultimately experience deep relaxation.

It is a breathing process performed in a group, in close proximity (we hold hands if anyone wishes), during which we begin by sharing what is within us: how we feel, what we think, and how we feel in our relationships. A sense of community is an essential aspect of our work.

Ananda is a process that purifies the body and energy, and can also have a therapeutic effect

We work with the breath and energy by focusing on the energy centres in the body (the so-called chakras known from the teachings of Hindu masters)

Before the actual practice, I talk a little about the breath and how to use it to influence our daily emotional and physical states. Put simply, how to use the breath alone to calm down and relax, and how to stimulate and motivate ourselves to take action. You can start applying this simple information straight away in your daily life.
