Join us for an intimate workshop (10 places only!) that will help you deepen your connection with yourself, your body and your emotions. We offer you three and a half hours of mindful breathwork in an atmosphere conducive to concentration and community building. This is a time when you will learn the breathing techniques of pranayama and rebirthing – two different paths to harmony between body and mind.

Breathing is more than just a physiological process – it is a bridge connecting the body, mind and subconscious. Conscious breathing not only promotes deep relaxation, concentration and the restoration of energy, but also helps to release blocked emotions and connect with yourself on a deep level. During the workshop, you will learn the basics of pranayama to consciously regulate your breath and reduce daily stress, and you will experience a rebirthing session, which releases emotional blockages and tension in the body. Each of us – the facilitators – uses a different method of working with the breath, but we are united by a shared belief that conscious breathing is the key to health and deep connection with oneself.

This workshop is for you if you wish to:
– learn the basics of pranayama and master conscious breathing techniques to reduce daily stress.
– master the technique of connected breathing (rebirthing), which releases emotional blockages and tension in the body.
– discover ways to become more aware of your body and emotions and regain inner peace.
– learn about the benefits of breathing practices.
– experience a deep rebirthing session that will allow you to release emotions blocked in the body and deepen your connection with yourself.

This workshop is not suitable for people who:
– have heart conditions (arrhythmia, a pacemaker or a history of heart surgery)
– have blood pressure issues
– suffer from epilepsy
– are pregnant
– suffer from hypo- or hyperglycaemia
– have unhealed physical injuries
– have recently undergone surgery
– are suffering from severe depression or a crisis*
– suffer from schizophrenia

Pranayama is an ancient technique of conscious breath regulation that helps you find mindfulness of your breath and balance between body and mind. Through pranayama, you will learn to work harmoniously with your breath, gain a tool for stress reduction, and enter a state of inner peace.

Rebirthing (connected breathing) is a breathing method popularised by Leonard Orr in the 1970s. It draws on Indian, shamanic and Chinese traditions of breathwork. During a session, the breath stimulates the natural cleansing of the body and mind, releasing blockages and tension. The result is deep calm, relaxation and the free flow of energy throughout the body.

* IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
Rebirthing is a form of bodywork (not therapy!) intended for people in a stable mental state who have the resources to cope with the processes that the sessions may trigger. During breathing sessions, previously blocked stress may be activated, and for someone with mental health issues, coming into contact with it can be difficult and sometimes harmful (in extreme cases, it may trigger, for example, psychosis). If you are currently undergoing psychiatric treatment, therapy, or are simply in a fragile mental state – it is best to consult your treating psychiatrist and/or psychotherapist, or us, before starting the sessions. If you have any doubts about participating in the workshops – please write to us.
