Today, I invite you to embark on a journey through your breath, accompanied by the sound of a drum.
It is a journey deep within yourself, to your heart…
This session is for you if:
• You are feeling the effects of stress, are exhausted, or live in a constant state of tension.
• You lack energy, tend to feel low in spirits, or simply need to ‘recharge your batteries’.
• You are open to new paths of personal development and working with the body.
• You want to deepen your practice of mindfulness and self-awareness.
• You simply feel an inner calling to try something new and transformative.
How does it work? What can you expect?
During the session, I will guide you through conscious, connected breathing. This is a powerful tool that intensely oxygenates the body. A wave of breath and energy flows through the body, reaching places where tension has built up (often resulting from stress). This process helps to gently ‘melt’ and release it. You may experience a variety of physical sensations (e.g. tingling, a sense of energy flowing) and emotions – all of this is a natural part of the cleansing process.
During the session, you will be accompanied by the sound of a drum. It is a natural vibration, unprocessed, unadulterated, completely primal and authentic. By synchronising with the rhythm of your breath, it can transport you to a place that needs healing, attention, or touch.
After the session, many participants feel a remarkable lightness, calm, clarity of mind and a surge of vitality. Everything takes place in a safe, supportive atmosphere, within an intimate group of participants
Important Contraindications:
Rebirthing sessions are not recommended for people diagnosed with severe mental disorders (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder in the manic phase), or those in a state of acute, clinical depression requiring treatment.
