Agnieszka Burzyńska

I am a breathwork therapist, personal development coach, natural nutrition consultant and advocate for a healthy lifestyle. I graduated from the University of Wrocław with a Master’s degree in Education, and subsequently completed the Prana Vision Rani Spets Edgren School of Breathwork and a course in Psychodietetics at the University of Life Sciences in Wrocław.

I have been conducting breathing sessions and training for 17 years. For the past 5 years, I have been advising on natural nutrition to maintain and improve health. I am a member of the team of therapists at the Integrative Medical Centre and the Health Clinic, where I conduct consultations and individual sessions, weekly group breathing sessions, antenatal preparation for couples, and classes to improve breathing, body and mind for seniors.

For twenty years, I have been on a path of expanding consciousness. I have gained experience under the guidance of practitioners of holistic medicine, Chinese medicine, university lecturers, breath therapists and psychologists. I learnt breathing techniques under the guidance of Rani Spets Edgren. My great passion is helping people open their hearts to themselves and others. Breath is the energy of the heart’s space.

My motivation to work on myself stemmed from personal struggles. The turning point for my well-being and health came when I took a good look at myself, acknowledged my own agency, and took responsibility for my life. That’s when I felt the power to change my life. My personal transformation helps me support others and believe unwaveringly in people. I love what I do! I support clients through life changes. I advise on how to eat naturally and how to use internal resources – breath, nutrition, body intelligence and awareness – to transform one’s life towards health and happiness. For over a decade, this has been the core focus and passion of my life. Whatever imbalance you may be experiencing in your life, there is certainly a breathing technique that can help regulate it. By observing your body and the way you breathe, I can diagnose and select the appropriate technique to break your breathing pattern so that you can breathe more harmoniously. I have acquired this skill by working with the breath of thousands of people, over thousands of hours spanning more than a decade.

Conscious breathing involves unblocking and restoring physiological, full breathing through appropriately selected breathing exercises. Correct breathing is a prerequisite for mental health, good digestion, proper heart function and the cleansing of the body. Breathing is the fundamental factor regulating and restoring the body’s harmony in every sense and meaning. Whatever ails you, start by improving your respiratory function with the help of a specialist. Then you are addressing the cause rather than the symptoms of the problems. Nutritional consultations – healthy eating is not just about what you eat, but also how you eat, when you eat and, most importantly, how you digest. In turn, ‘how you digest’ depends, among other things, on your breathing, your zest for life and your love for yourself and others.

On a personal note, I am the daughter of Maciej and Irena, and the mum of Monika and Szymon. Our family also includes our dog Maks and our cat Bili. I live in Wrocław, on planet Earth, in the cosmos.
